That's the Crossroads District we're building, and we're hiring a full-time Assistant District Superintendent to help build it. Resourced by a Lilly Endowment grant and 105 Wesleyan churches across Indiana and beyond, this is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to shape clergy formation, clergy care, and church health for the decade ahead. Church Multiplication Director
Some of the most gifted future church planters in our district are already sitting in our pews. They just haven't been named, equipped, or sent yet. Crossroads District is building a movement where every healthy church is also a multiplying church, and where multiplication grows from the local congregation outward rather than from the district office down. To help lead that work, we're hiring a part-time Church Multiplication Director, funded through our Great Commission Fund and rooted in a community of 105 Wesleyan churches across central and northern Indiana. This person will recruit, assess, train, and coach the next generation of Wesleyan planters, and will help our congregations become the kind of churches that send.
